As your constituent, I’m asking you to support the Trump Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) immediately.
After eight years of the impact of the TCJA, the economic research points to one conclusion — the 2017 tax cuts were an enormous success that benefited American families, workers, veterans, and the overall economy. If these tax cuts for individuals go away in 2025, Americans will face higher taxes, more inflation, fewer jobs, and less future opportunity.

That kind of decline will weaken our communities at home and negatively impact our nation’s ability to continue fielding the best equipped and trained armed forces in the world. A weaker economy means a weaker America – and with rising threats around the globe, that’s something we can’t afford.

U.S. servicemembers have sacrificed abroad so citizens here at home can pursue their American Dream. Veterans and military families know firsthand it’s a sacrifice worth making. But if these tax cuts were to be replaced with tax hikes, Americans would lose a huge part of that dream to pursue prosperity and live their best lives.
